    Highly skilled strategic focused leader with VP Level experience within Operations, Advocacy Relations, Market Access, Pricing, Reimbursement, Business Development, Trade/Distribution and Hub Services. Strategic and tactical expertise with launch team development, pre-launch, launch and commercialization of small start-up biotech companies within niche markets. I bring 30+ years expertise which includes launching blockbuster drugs in oncology, specialty, orphan and the markets of diseases with unmet need. My experience in the North American (US and Canada) market also includes building and leading a team for Market Access, Sales Operations, Analytics Distribution and Logistics. My expertise also includes a critical focus on building out vendor distribution agreements, wholesale distribution and limited distribution networks, reimbursement hubs, copay assistance programs, and patient assistance programs.

    On the global front I make strategic recommendations on pricing, reimbursement and commercial decisions that will maximize both patient benefit and commercial value. My focus has been in the creation of a long-term planning for product launch and commercialization which includes development and implementation of strategic plans aligned to brand strategy, marketing analytics, research, competitive intelligence, advocacy development and commercial activity.
