Senior Gifts

The Senior Class Gift is a student-driven fundraising event that raises money among the senior class to support specific aspects of Washington College.

Through making their first gift this way, seniors begin the tradition of giving back to their soon-to-be alma mater and show how grateful they are for the organizations, clubs, academic programs, and athletic teams that have made a significant difference in their lives. Senior gifts help to ensure that future generations have the same experience.

Class of 2026: Leave Your Legacy, Brick by Brick

The Class of 2026 Senior Class Gift invites alumni, families, and friends of Washington College to leave a lasting mark on campus through a personalized engraved brick in the walkway leading to the new Lim Family Tennis Center.

With a gift of $150, your brick can honor your class year, celebrate a loved one, recognize your family, showcase your business, or simply reflect your pride in Washington College. Each brick will become a part of a welcoming campus landmark that generations of students, alumni, community members, and visitors will enjoy for years to come.

This meaningful tradition extends beyond the walkway itself. After covering the cost of each personalized brick, all remaining funds will support the Class of 2026 Scholarship Fund, helping future students access the transformative Washington College experience.

Join the Class of 2026 in building a legacy that future generations will walk across—brick by brick.

Previous Class Gifts

Many senior classes pick one cause to support as a group, so you may want to join your classmates for the biggest impact.

The Class of 2025

The Class of 2025 invited alumni to join them in their giving and raised more than $56,000. Donors to that campaign are recognized in the brick walkway between Middle Hall and the Green.

The Class of 2024

The Class of 2024 embraced their diversity and did not select a single cause. Organizers wrote, "The impact our class has had on the Washington College community has extended across academics, athletics, Greek Life, campus clubs, and more. So, it is difficult to choose a single initiative to donate towards as a class gift. Our gift will reflect our class's diverse interests and passions."

The Class of 2023

The Class of 2023 contributed to the effort to rebuild the terrace outside the Miller Library, an important and beloved space on campus. Their generosity helped make the terrace both more attractive and more accessible.
