    Major: History

I am a college counselor working with underserved youth in a Milwaukee, WI high school. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, learning new things (currently taking art classes), and being a mensch. Passionate about social justice and leveling the playing field in education. I got my MS from UW-Milwaukee in Winter 2021.

    Favorite Professor

Professor Ken Miller changed my life.

    Fondest WC Memory

All of my interactions with the many friends I met on campus.

Let’s Hear It for the Liberal Arts

Washington College was a great stepping stone, it helped me expand my horizons, I was a hick from the sticks who got to see a bit of the world, meet interesting people, and challenge myself. It gave me research and writing skills and the background that led me successfully through graduate school.

    Advice

Take advantage of the diverse opportunities presented on campus, college is what you make of it. And have some fun, but not too much. Maybe sometimes too much.
