Scheduling Appointments

  1. Login to Accommodate.
  2. Select the Appointment tab. Here you will see “Requested Appointments” and “Approved Appointments.” Once you schedule an appointment, it will show up under the “Requested Appointments,” and when your advisor has approved the appointment, it will automatically be moved to “Approved Appointments.”
  3. Select “Request New Appointment.”
  4. On the left-hand side of this page, you will be able to select the type and length of appointment along with the name of the person with whom you would like to meet. Keep in mind that meetings are typically scheduled for 30 minutes. You can also modify the date and time ranges to narrow your results.
  5. To the right you will see lists of appointments which are available, broken down by day. Locate a time which works for you, and click on the name of the person with whom you are making the appointment.
  6. This will bring up a pop-up with the information you’ve selected, so you should double check this. There is also a section for additional notes, where you can include details about what you would like to discuss with us during this meeting.
  7. Once that is done, you can click “Submit Request,” and your appointment is set.
