The Campus Events Office schedules use of campus space and manages campus-wide events, ceremonies, and lectures as well as smaller events.

Scheduling Information

All dates for events should be reserved or discussed with the Campus Events Office before a speaker or guest is confirmed. 

The Campus Events Calendar is publicly viewable on AdAstra. You may find this useful when making your plans.

All requests for physical space indoor and outdoor should be requested through the form above. This includes but is not limited to, spaces for public events, lectures, or performances, and for the use of all public meeting halls and lobbies as well as conference rooms in academic buildings.

All requests for use of performance spaces (and accompanying lobbies) in the Daniel Z. Gibson Center for the Arts should be directed to the Office of Campus Events.

All requests for use of meeting spaces in the Miller Library should be directed to the Office of Campus Events.

Accessing College Calendars

A master calendar of College events is maintained by Campus Events. The schedule is accessible via AdAstra when you are logged in to your WC e-mail account. There is a tutorial linked here to assist you in accessing the system and calendar. Please contact the Campus Events Office for additional assistance and training.

Website Calendar, Community Calendars and other Off-Campus Sponsorship needs

The Campus Events Office can also add events to the College’s website main calendar. If you would like an event posted on the College website, please send an email to [email protected] with event title, dates and times, event description, RSVP links, and a square image for the thumbnail.

For events open to the public, we can also assist by adding them to the local town and county calendars. If you would like to add to these calendars, please email [email protected]

  • For faculty and staff- please fill out the Room Reservation Form to request space for an upcoming event. Please remember, this is not a guarantee for space. You will receive a confirmation from AdAstra(AAIS) for your request.

The College is available as a rental venue for use by individuals and organizations for private and special events and catering including:
