wePresent @ Washington College

 

Starting in the fall of 2016, Library and Academic Technology began evaluating a new wireless presentation tool offered by wePresent. With this device, we hoped to allow faculty and students, using any device, running Windows, OS, iOS, Android,  or Chrome, to connect to the main displays in our classrooms, without any wires, right from their seats.

The wePresent device allows us to do just that. We have deployed two of these units on campus and hope to scale up that deployment in the coming months. 

While this device is great, we are still actively looking at this market and making sure that Washington College students and faculty have access to the very best technology that improves learning and collaboration.
