The Robin Albright Himmelberger Study Abroad Award

This fellowship is made possible by a gift from Eleanor R. and Charles F. Albright in memory of their daughter, who was a political science major and studied abroad in the United Kingdom. This fund provides support to students each academic year who participate in one of our programs abroad. Preference is given to Political Science majors, but all students are encouraged to apply. Awards can range between $500 and $1,000. Recipients may use this award for travel or financial support during the academic program abroad.

Requirements:

  • Must already have approval from GEO to study abroad
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or greater
  • Must be in good standing with respect to the Washington College Honor Code
