Directions for the Maintenance Request System
How to Use the Maintenance Request System to Submit a Work Order For Your Building, Office, campus location or Dorm Room
The work order system must be accessed from on campus. If you are off campus you must be logged into the college's VPN to access this system.
Go the main Washington College Buildings and Grounds webpage and scroll down slightly and click the bright blue button "Submit a Maintenance Request"
Enter your name, email, and phone number.
Select your building, floor, and room number. This is vital so we know where the problem is.
Add a description of the problem. Be as detailed as possible.
Click Submit
That’s it! You’ve successfully submitted a work order to Buildings and Grounds.
Buildings and Grounds works diligently to assign work orders as soon as we receive them. Please be patience while someone from the team gets to your concern.
