Directions for the Maintenance Request System
The work order system must be accessed from on campus. If you are off campus you must be logged into the college's VPN to access this system.
Maintenance Work Order Request System
Use the Maintenance Request System to Submit a Work Order for your:
- Building
- Office
- Campus Location
- Dorm room
Submit A maintenance request
- Enter your name, email, and phone number.
- Select your building, floor, and room number. This is vital so we know where the problem is.
- Add a description of the problem. Be as detailed as possible.
That's it! You've successfully submitted a work order to Buildings and Grounds.
