Herbal Classes

    We invite the campus community to gain experience in the practical fundamentals of traditional herbal preparations to support personal wellbeing. 

    In the intimate setting of the Alumni House, students of all ages learn to work with properties of culinary and medicinal herbs to produce tinctures, salves, fire cider, oxymels, decoctions, and more.
