    Giving Tuesday

    Giving Tuesday is a national event for people to celebrate non-profits through shared humanity and generosity.  There are many worthy causes and organizations vying for your attention today. If Washington College has captured yours, you have the gratitude of this community and without a doubt, your generosity will have a substantial impact. 

    This Giving Tuesday week, we are highlighting some of our alumni making a difference in the nonprofit world. Their commitment echoes the ethos of Giving Tuesday that what we give, receive, and learn from one another today paves the way for a brighter tomorrow. Let's applaud their efforts and keep the spirit of giving alive!

    Matching guidelines to note:  

    ● Donations must be made online (cash or cheque do not count)  ● Donations must be made by individual donors (not corporations or foundations) 

    ● There is no limit to the number of donations an individual can make  

    ● The matching is capped at $500 per transaction ○ Only $500 of each transaction will be eligible for the match, E.G. If a donor donates $700, only $500 will be matched by the Jessie Ball duPont Fund. Donors can make multiple donations of $500.
