Research
My research interests focus on the behavioral aspects of accounting and their influence on financial decision making. I am interested in examining how behavioral factors impact budgeting, financial reporting, governance, and sustainability.

Other Professional Experience
Prior to working in academia, I worked as a Certified Public Accountant in private and public accounting. I started my accounting career as an Auditor for Deloitte & Touche in Philadelphia, PA. After leaving public accounting, I worked as a Cost Accountant, Controller, and Chief Financial Officer for organizations in Maryland, Delaware, and New Jersey. I also served as a member of the Delaware State Board of Accountancy.
