Alexandria Baker

Alex Baker serves as our Research & Instruction Librarian in Science and Mathematics. Her work within Miller Library is informed by experience in research with Vanderbilt University Medical Center and the Maryland Center for Developmental Disabilities. Alex received a BA in Medicine, Health and Society from Vanderbilt University and later gained a Master of Library and Information Science in Health Informatics from the University of North Texas at Denton. She is always excited to collaborate with individuals/departments throughout campus and the surrounding community to address literacy, provide opportunities to develop skills in research, generate awareness of the wealth of resources available at WAC and beyond, or simply to strengthen community ties.
