Eastern Shore Guitar Festival and Workshop

Join us for the 2018 Eastern Shore Guitar Festival and Workshop, taking place October 20-21, 2018.  This weekend event is open to guitarists and musicians of all ages, levels and backgrounds. Celebrated guitarists from around the globe will visit Washington College to give master classes, clinics, lectures and concerts that are sure to impress.   

As a special treat, audiences can attend a concert featuring The Eastern Shore Guitar Orchestra made up of festival attendees.  Our event promises to put more guitarists on stage than ever before seen in Chestertown!

Education

The Eastern Guitar Shore Guitar Festival and Workshop is dedicated to providing attendees with a fun and relaxed educational experience.  We will host a wide variety of clinics and lectures on advanced fingerstyle technique, ornamentation, guitar ensemble, careers in music, and more.  In addition, there will be master classes open to the public, where talented young guitarists receive instruction from our visiting artists!

Entertainment

Collaboration
