The HelpDesk can order just about anything you might need for computing on campus, such as power adapters for specific devices or user serviceable parts. Just let us know what you need and we will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible.

You Pay What We Pay

There is no mark-up on items at the HelpDesk. You pay what we pay. Because we buy many items in bulk, we can give you a very competitive price.

Convenient Payment

We do not accept checks or cash as forms of payment.


Students can pay for supplies or repairs with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express).


Faculty and staff personal purchases can be made with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express).

Faculty and staff who are ordering or picking up supplies for Washington College business use can charge to their department.  Please provide written approval (email is fine) from the Budget Manager and the appropriate departmental budget and object codes to charge.
