Minta Martin


 

 Minta Martin is part of the First Year Residential Experience. Presidential Fellows who wish to live with other Fellows, are assigned to Minta Martin due to the size and variety of room options. The design of traditional halls allows new students to meet people quickly and form a strong community of friends the first year at college.  

Basic Information

Style: Traditional corridor style with community bathrooms

Accessibility: 2nd floor accessible via entrance ramp, no elevator.

Bathrooms: 2 located on floors 2, 3 and 4. 1st floor has one bathroom.

Floor: Tile floors in hallway and bedrooms

Heat/Cooling: Heating is radiator style, cooling is window ac units.

Internet: Wifi

Laundry: Laundry room on 1st floor, cost is included in room rate (no id or coins needed)

Lounges: 1 on each floor

Room Dimensions: Singles 8 x 10, Doubles 12 x 14, Triples 13 x 29

Room Rate: Traditional

Room Types: 30 Singles, 42 Doubles. 10 rooms are large enough to be used as triples if needed

TV: Cable connections in each room. Basic cable is included in room rate.
