Living on campus is an important part of the Washington College experience, giving you the opportunity to meet new people, experience new ideas and develop important study habits and life skills.
All first and second year students are required to live on campus. Junior and senior students in good social and academic standing may appeal to live off-campus, although the majority of our students choose to live on-campus for their entire academic career. About 85% of all undergraduate students live on-campus, helping to make our community both engaging and diverse.
First year students are typically assigned to Minta Martin Hall, Caroline House or Kent Hall. Certain halls in our themed housing also reserve spots for first year students who are interested in applying to live in unique communities.
We invite you to check out these and our other housing options with virtual tours designed by students in our Geographic Information Systems lab and video walk throughs by students.
For new students, applying for on-campus housing is easy!
