New Employee Orientation Program
Washington College’s New Employee Orientation Program is coordinated by the Office of Human Resources, and provided once a month for benefit eligible employees.
New Employee Orientation introduces employees to the culture of the College and provides employees with critical information regarding policies, procedures and resource information.
This all day event consists of a morning welcome by President Reiss and continues throughout the morning with various members of the College community educating employees about Washington College. The afternoon is dedicated to reviewing the comprehensive benefits package along with an overview of the Human Resources website. The day concludes with a campus tour that is facilitated by the Director of Public Safety.
The office of human resources will schedule orientation for new benefit eligible employees during the initial hiring process.
