New Employee Orientation
The Office of Human Resources coordinates Washington College’s New Employee Orientation Program and is held once a month for new employees.
New Employee Orientation introduces employees to the College and provides employees with critical information regarding policies, procedures and resource information.
Members of the College community describe the work of several departments on campus.
The afternoon is dedicated to reviewing the comprehensive benefits package. The day concludes with a campus tour.
The Office of Human Resources will schedule orientation for new benefit eligible employees during the initial hiring process.
