Conference Services is a one stop-shop that provides and arranges all campus services for program coordinators.


Our staff works directly with you to be sure your experience on campus is a positive one. From start to finish you will have the personal attention of a professional, dedicated to each program and responsive to your needs.

Schedule your next conference on our beautiful and peaceful campus. From mid-May through early August, we specialize in renting college facilities for conference and camp use. Filled with mature trees and walking paths, Washington College is a wonderful setting for a day or overnight conference. Washington College has a variety of state-of-the-art classrooms, lecture halls, auditoriums, and multi-purpose rooms, and athletic facilities to meet the needs of today’s event planners. Whether you are looking for a formal atmosphere or a more relaxed setting, we have a space to accommodate you. Our beautiful campus is conveniently located close to most major cities in the Mid Atlantic region.

Overnight accommodations are available during the summer in our residence halls. Our resident board plan includes all-you-can-eat meals, and is available in Hodson Hall Commons, the campus’ year-round, air conditioned dining facility. Menus are developed by the College’s menu coordinator and include vegetarian selections and full salad bar at lunch and dinner. Special events can be arranged including banquets, outdoor barbecues, or festive meals. Full catering services are also available for meetings and other social events.
