Event Posters

Because of time constraints and workload issues, College Relations & Marketing has adjusted its workflow when it comes to campus event posters. We must enforce a strict six-week request lead-in for posters. Anything underneath that limit cannot be completed by your event deadline.

Some easy-to-use sample templates are available at These require InDesign via the Adobe Creative Cloud to use; the Help Desk can assist you in installing the proper software on college-owned computers.

We offer one-on-one training on how to best use the templates for your events. Please contact Marcia Landskroener to make arrangements. There is also an excellent tutorial available at ( introducing all of the basic functions within InDesign that you need to create event posters.

We also have a strict single-revision rule for poster requests, meaning that only one round of revisions to both copy and design can be accommodated after the initial submission. Please review all of your submitted materials ahead of schedule, making sure your event information is both correct and concise.

Posters and other materials will be delivered to the requester. At this time CRM does not provide poster-hanging services.
