How to Create a Ticket

Opening A New Ticket

  • Click “New Ticket”  
  • Enter your WC email address, First Name and Last Name.
  • Enter the subject, which should be a brief description of the task.
  • Choose the appropriate ticket type.
  • Choose the appropriate category and turnaround time.
  • Enter additional descriptive information as required in the lower box labeled “Description.”
  • Add any attachments as required.
  • Submit the Ticket

When creating subsequent tickets, you can simply enter a single letter for both first name and last name, since we match on email address.

To add additional information or attachments to the same ticket, you may reply to the email confirmation you will receive automatically; you do not need to revisit the portal.
