Each year, the Cromwell Center supports independent faculty-directed conversations about teaching through its teaching cluster program.
In the past, groups have been organized by a shared interest, a shared discipline, or a shared problem. Often, they offer a chance to find out more about how colleagues in very different disciplines approach teaching. The goal is to learn from each other through a commitment to regular meetings, classroom observations, and ongoing conversations about teaching.
Applications for starting a teaching cluster are ongoing : they may begin at any time of the school year, as long as the group commits to a minimum of three times a semester. See the application form for full details.
