Pay in Person
Payments are accepted in cash, check, or money order. A $25.00 fee as well as the original check amount is assessed to the student’s account if any check is returned from the bank.
If you have a credit balance on your student account and want all or part of the credit moved to your ManageMyID debit card, complete the Credit Balance Transfer Authorization form and submit it the completed form to the Business Office. Funds are generally transferred within 24 hours.
To load funds to your ID Debit card please log into GET.
Washington College is pleased to offer the tuition payment plan administered by Official Payments. Enrolling in a tuition payment plan is easy.
Simply visit https://payplan.officialpayments.com/, click on Enroll Now, choose the payment plan option that is best for you and follow the steps to complete your enrollment.
