Q & A

Hometown/High School? Hockessin, DE, Wilmington Christian School

What is your favorite place/activity on campus? My favorite place to be on campus is the Toll Atrium because it is a comfortable place with good vibes, where I can catch up on studying or hang out with friends. My favorite activity at WAC is a tie between being a part of the field hockey team and serving on the board for habitat for humanity!

Recommend class and professor? I recommend taking any Biology class with Dr. Krochmal. There is no question he is tough, but his passion for teaching is contagious. He not only keeps you engaged during class, but he also motivates you to put in the extra effort to achieve what you thought to be impossible.

What are some of your favorite hobbies? I love to have a stick in my hand and be on the field hockey field, but one of my secret hobbies is photography. Both activities help clear my mind from the stresses of school and life in general.

Why did you choose to attend Washington College? I chose Washington College because I knew it was niche. At WAC I not only have the opportunity to pursue my dream in the medical field, but also play my favorite sport, conduct service work, take on campus jobs, enhance my leadership skills, make connections with good people, and so much more! Being successful in life takes much more than being successful in the classroom and I knew that WAC would best equip me for a successful future.
