Major/Minor: Psychology

Ever since I was a child I have wanted to be a doctor and Washington College allowed me to accomplish my dreams!

After the saddest day of my life, AKA WAC graduation, I started medical school at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore. It was a long 4 years, but my years at Washington College well prepared me for the course load. I graduated from medical school in 2010, and completed a anesthesiology residency and critical care fellowship also at the University of Maryland in 2015. I am now a partner at Carroll County Anesthesia Associates in Westminster, MD. Without a doubt, WAC was a catalyst in getting me exactly where I wanted to be since childhood.

On a personal note, I got married in January 2018 to an amazing man, even if he isn’t a WAC alum (we all have faults). The wedding was attended by a large number of my friends from WAC, including 2 bridesmaids, and I wouldn’t have had it any other way!
