Seth W. Miller Gabriel ‘01 is the Deputy Executive Director of the National Council for Public-Private Partnerships, the only educational non-profit association of both public and private sector organizations focused on the advancement of partnerships. Prior to joining the National Council, Seth was a member of the KPMG Infrastructure Team assisting public sector authorities to develop innovative financing programs for major infrastructure projects. While at Washington College Seth majored in Political Science, was Chair of the Honor Board, Chair of the International Studies Council, and President of the Cater Society of Junior Follows. He earned a Masters of Public Administration from the George Washington University, School of Public Policy and Pubic Administration. Seth is current in the last year of a three-year term on the Alumni Board of Washington College as the Co-Chair of the Recent Alumni & Current Students Involvement Committee, his second term on the Alumni organization of the College.
