Andrew Nilsson ‘65 is a Professor and Coordinator of the undergraduate program in social work at Eastern Connecticut State University.

He holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. in social welfare policy from Brandeis University. After over 30 years of university teaching he looks forward to retirement on 17 acres of land outside of Washington, NC, the first town to be named after the famous namesake of Washington College.
