Geoffrey Rogers ’80 P’06
Mr. Rogers is the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Wilmington office of The Glenmede Trust Company, N.A.
He received a B.A. in political science from Washington College in 1980 and completed the Advanced Management Program of the Harvard Business School. His son, Geoff, Jr., graduated from WC in 2006. In his position at The Glenmede Trust Company, N.A., Mr. Rogers oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, which he launched in June 1999, providing comprehensive wealth management solutions for high-net-worth clients. Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Rogers served as Vice President for Scudder Private Investment Counsel, responsible for new business development. He has also served as Vice President with the Wilmington Trust Company and Delaware Trust Company (now Wells Fargo). He is currently one of six trustees of the Alfred I. duPont testamentary trust benefiting the Nemours Pediatric Hospital System in the states of Delaware and Florida.
While at Washington College, he played lacrosse, basketball, soccer, and track, and was involved in student government.
Mr. Rogers is an active member of several professional and community organizations. He is a member of the Philadelphia Federal Reserve Nominating Committee. Emeritus board member of Winterthur Museum. A board member of Operation Warm, and the Delaware Business Roundtable. Mr. Rogers is Past Chairman of the Board of the Delaware Bankers Association, Sanford School, the Estate Planning Council of Delaware, Planned giving committee Alfred I duPont Hospital for Children, Wilmington Renaissance and the Wilmington Tax Group. Previously he served as a board member of the Nemours Foundation, Delaware Symphony, Delaware Historical Society, Easter Seals, National Association of Estate Planners and Councils, and the World Affairs Council of Wilmington.
Geoff is a member of the Wilmington Club, The Vicmead Hunt Club, the Bidermann Golf Club, and the Harvard Club of New York City.
