A native of New Iberia, Louisiana, Eric relocated to Maryland after retiring from the U.S. Air Force following twenty years of service. After retiring, Eric attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County & graduated with a BA in Visual Arts in December of 1997. His first job after college was in printing where he was hired to help a company move into the digital world by migrating them to using a digital prepress process.
In March of 2001, Eric started working at Washington College as a computer technician in OIT’s Technical Services. Over time Eric became the manager of Technical Services, the Lead Technician, & in October of 2011 he moved into his current position as Assistant Director of Digital Media Services.
Eric has always been interested in art, photography, and video his whole life. During his time in the Air Force, he had a chance to travel and see a big chunk of the world. While traveling he has shot thousands of photos and started making training videos for his squadron while stationed in England in the mid-80s.
Eric and his wife, Susan, now reside in Galena, Maryland where he is active member of the Betterton American Legion & St. Stephen’s church in Earlville. He is still shooting a lot of photos and enjoying life.
