Jennifer Nesbitt P’19
Jennifer has served as Miller Library’s Administrative Assistant since 2001.
A native of Howard County, Maryland, Jennifer has lived in Kent County for more than 20 years, where she and her husband Geoff have raised their two daughters.
She attended the University of Maryland at College Park, where she studied English with a minor in philosophy, receiving her B.A. in 1989. Her senior papers included a study of British folklore elements in Appalachian folk ballads, and an examination of the significance of horses in Irish mythology and kingship.
She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, digital photography, blogging, finding cool things on the beach, and looking for grammatical errors in the newspaper.
Jennifer served as the Staff Council alternate for the Academic Support division from 2010 to 2016.
She serves as the Building Coordinator for the Clifton M. Miller Library Building.
She was named Featured Employee of the Month in December, 2012.
