Why I chose WAC:

I love having the ability to form personal connections with professors given the small class size, as well as all the experiential opportunities available because of our location!

This summer I am:

Doing a research internship with the School for the Environment at UMass Boston! My personal research is looking at intertidal zone settlement on differently formulated concrete substrates, in the context of a larger project looking at how to make concrete sea walls a more environmentally sustainable way of dealing with sea level rise.
