Glen Sine is the GIS Senior Analyst working on the Maryland Highway Safety Office grant. Glen is a graduate from Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (GIS & Graphic Design), and Master of Science Degree in GIS Management.
Glens has participated in projects covering a variety of reporting and analysis, Computer Aided Drafting, and Survey data collection. In addition to GIS analysis, Glen also has experience with ArcServer administration (including Portal for ArcGIS), and creating and publishing services for web mapping and applications, developing and conducting training courses for ArcGIS Pro focused toward local and state government uses.
Glen is also an active participant in the local GIS community. He is a member of MSGIC (Maryland State Geographic Information Committee) and is an active participant in the NG911 and Elevation subcommittees, as well as being a past Local Caucus Chair. He has presented on emergency preparedness and recovery as part of the Homeland Security Student Summit at Anne Arundel Community College and has coordinated and presented at high schools and elementary schools about careers in GIS.
