Rob Billings, a lifelong Eastern Shore resident, is a financial adviser for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management with a strong focus in environmental, social, and corporate governance investing, in addition to employer retirement plans.
At Washington College, he was a member of the men’s rowing team and participated in Joseph Prud’homme’s Oxford Seminar. After graduating with a B.A. in economics and political science, Billings went on to receive his master’s degree in international relations at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. He says he owes where he is today to the liberal arts education he received from Washington College and is excited to give back through the efforts of the Alumni Board.
In his free time Billings enjoys sailing, rowing, golfing, and volunteering. He currently lives in Chestertown, Maryland, with his girlfriend, Larissa, at High Point Hanoverians, a large horse farm dedicated to breeding Hanoverians and Oldenburgs.
In addition to serving on the Alumni Board of Washington College, Billings is board president of Freedom Rowers, county adviser to the Mid Shore Community Foundation, a board member of the Talbot County Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals, board member of SOS Sink or Swim, member of Easton Rotary, and a volunteer with Talbot Meals on Wheels.
