Sean Lynn is currently the GIS Applications Developer/Programmer with the Washington College GIS Program. Lynn is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University receiving a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science and a Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in 2014. Lynn has been studying traffic safety and GIS for over four years working closely with Maryland Highway Safety Office and local, county, & state law enforcement to provide statistical & geo-spatial analysis, maps, and training’s in efforts to reduce fatalities and crashes on Maryland roadways. The target emphasis areas to the traffic safety Lynn studies include but not limited to: impaired/aggressive/distracted driving, occupant protection, highway infrastructure and pedestrian/bike/motorcycle/commercial crashes. Lynn is responsible and accountable for managing multiple related projects that directly connect toward the current business strategic objectives and goals. Lynn also develops and manages a custom and configurable web applications that are being used to study traffic safety. In 2020, Lynn plans on starting his Doctorate of Business Administration and completing his GISP & PMP.
