CHESTERTOWN, MD—Journalist Christine Dolan will explore questions about the 2012 attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya when she visits Washington College on Thursday, February 5, as a guest of the Institute for Religion, Politics and Culture. Her talk — “Was Benghazi the Inevitable Result of a Broader Failed Foreign Policy?” — will take place at 6:30 p.m. in Hynson Lounge, Hodson Hall, on the College campus, 300 Washington Avenue. It is free and open to the public. 

Christine Dolan is a freelance journalist and photographer whose recent work has focused on human trafficking, child slavery, international politics and humanitarian disasters. A former political director for CNN, she has written about the Benghazi attack, and how the Obama Administration handled it, for the Washington Times.
