Washington College Professor of Archaeology and Anthropology Bill Schindler took students on a culinary adventure through international cultures in the GRW course “Food, People, & the Planet.”

Students researched and prepared traditional indigenous foods to maximize nutrient density and explored the socioeconomic forces that have shaped the modern food industry.
