The Rose O’Neill Literary House hosts author Cynthia Hand February 18 to read from her fiction for young adults.

CHESTERTOWN, MD— Bestselling author Cynthia Hand will speak at the Rose O’Neill Literary House on Tuesday, February 18, at 4:30 p.m.  “An Evening of Fiction with Cynthia Hand” is the first reading in the spring series Writing for (and about) Young Adults. 

Cynthia Hand is the New York Times bestselling author of the Unearthly series (HarperTeen), about a girl who discovers she is part angel. Hand earned a BA in English from the College of Idaho, an MFA in fiction writing from Boise State University, and a PhD from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She teaches writing at Pepperdine University.  

The Rose O’Neill Literary House at Washington College is located at 407 Washington Avenue.
