The April 17th series of presentations

On Tuesday, April 17th, from 4:30 - 6:00pm in the McClain Atrium, the first round of seniors presented their biology thesis projects, which ranged from the beneficial effects of therapeutic hypothermia to species diversity of wood boring beetles. Mike Hudson presented on “Organ System Changes in Birds: Current Knowledge and Avenues for Future Research.” Mike discussed current research on how the organ system of birds actually fluctuates according to different migration patterns and other biochemical and ecological triggers.
