On Wednesday, November 8th, Washington College’s Student Events Board (SEB) put together its first ever ‘Fall Fair’ with games, food, contests, and prizes.  The event included free food and snacks, such as corn dogs, popcorn, and cotton candy.  There was also a pie eating contest, a milk jug toss, and a virtual reality roller coaster, which proved to be a very popular attraction.  The Fall Fair was entirely free to students and the event took a little over a month to plan.  In the past, SEB used to have a comedy week in November, but decided to change things up this year and have a Fall Fair on advising day, which attracted a much larger number of students. Meredith Maynard, who was in charge of the event, said that there was a great turnout of students and that the event was very successful.
