From Field to Feast Maryland Small Game Seminar

The Center for Environment & Society and the Eastern Shore Food Lab presents an evening with Chef and Hunter, Hank Shaw. 

Hank will be selling his new book, Pheasant, Quail, Cottontail and will also be available to answer questions about other small game. This event is for those who are so inclined to connect with nature to procure their own food, or for those who like to try new and exciting types of food, or just looking for new ways to prepare their wild game.
