ANNUAL BENEFITS OPEN ENROLLMENT

For coverage beginning   July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014

Open Enrollment meetings will be held as follows in the Hynson Lounge:

 

Monday, May 13, 2013 and Tuesday, May 14, 2013

10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Wednesday, May 15, 2013

 Consumer Driven Health Plan (CDHP w/HSA) Enrollment/Questions only

  9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

 

Building & Grounds Staff:  May 15, 2013, 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

 

During our Open Enrollment Meetings we will discuss:

NEW:  Consumer Driven Health Plan (CDHP) with a Health Savings Account (HSA)
Prescription Co-Pay Changes
Premium Increases


The HRconnection portal will be open from 
May 13, 2013 to May 27, 2013 for you to elect coverages beginning July 1st.

FAQs: 
Do I have to log on the portal if I am not electing benefits?
Yes,  you must log on the portal to waive your right to your annual benefits.

If I am not changing my benefits do I need to do anything?
Yes,  you must log on the portal and elect your annual benefits effective July 1, 2013.

What if I do not remember my username and password for the HRconnection portal?
You will receive the “noreply” email on May 13th to your Washington College Zimbra email account with your username
therefore your Zimbra email account must be active
