Join the Center for Environment & Society (CES) and the Eastern Shore Food Lab (ESFL) for an evening with Hank Shaw. Hank will be selling his new book, Pheasant, Quail, Cottontail at a discounted price and will also be available to answer questions about other small game. This event is for those who are so inclined to connect with nature to procure their own food, or for those who like to try new and exciting types of food. At CES and ESFL we believe everyone has a right to connect with nature and learn to eat like humans again.

Hank Shaw will be selling books at the NEW Eastern Shore Food Lab (236 Cannon Street) from 4-5 pm before his talk as well as after his talk at Hynson Lounge.
