Premedical students work side by side with their professors in the John S. Toll Science Center, which opened in 2005. The 47,000 square-foot facility houses state-of-the-art teaching and laboratory space, including chemistry and biology labs, a marine biology lab, a greenhouse, and a dramatic three-story glass atrium. Renovations to the companion Dunning/Decker science complex were completed in 2006. The math and psychology departments have new classrooms, experimental labs, and an animal psychology suite.
