    As part of its 2014-2015 Premier Artists lineup, the Washington College Concert Series presents The Electric Brigade, the US Navy’s premiere popular music group. This FREE family-friendly program will take place is Martha Washington Square. Bring a blanket and come enjoy some great pop/rock music!

    As part of its FREE 12@Hotchkiss Series, the Washington College Department of Music presents a concert featuring jazz and Latin Jazz by the Marty Knepp Trio.

  • 3:00pm: Carnivals & Dances: Virtuoso French Music for Two Pianos
    As part of its 2014-2015 Premier Artists lineup, the Washington College Concert Series presents Carnivals & Dances: Virtuoso French Music for Two Pianos featuring pianists Grace Kim and Hanchien Lee in Decker Theater. This family friendly program will include works by Poulenc, Ravel, and Saint-Saëns.

    As part of its 2014-2015 Premier Artists lineup, the Washington College Concert Series presents pianist, Thomas Pandolfi, in Decker Theater. The evening will feature the Romantic masterworks of Russian composers including Mussorgsky, Prokofiev, Rachmaninov, Rubinstein, Scriabin, Stravinsky, and Tchaikovsky.

    As part of its 2014-2015 Premier Artists lineup, the Washington College Concert Series presents The American Spiritual Ensemble, a critically-acclaimed professional group composed of more than 20 of the finest singers in the classical music world! The vocalists have thrilled audiences around the world with their dynamic renditions of classic spirituals and Broadway numbers.

    A concert and talk by David Rothenberg, professor of Philosophy and music, New Jersey Institute of Technology. Thursday March 26th and 6:00 PM in Hotchkiss Recital Hall. Sponsored by SANDBOX, The Center for Environment and Society, and the Washington College Music Department. The event will be followed by a reception.

  • 7:30pm: Latin Grammy Award Winning - Afro Bop Alliance
    As part of 2014-2015 Premier Artist lineup, The Washington College Concert Series presents the Grammy Award-winning Afro Bop Alliance in Hotchkiss Recital Hall. The seven-piece Latin Jazz ensemble always thrills audiences with their infectious polyrhythmic grooves, harmonic colorings, and improvisational flights. Features drums, bass, piano, sax, trombone, trumpet, and steel pan.

  • 7:30pm: WAC Cherry Blossom Festival & The Washington Toho Koto Society
    Washington College welcomes spring with its very own Cherry Blossom Festival! Together with the Office of the President, the Alumni Association, Sandbox, the Student Environmental Alliance, the Anthropology Club, and the Asian Culture Club, the Department of Music and the WC Concert Series presents The Washington Toho Koto Society in Hotchkiss Recital Hall as part of its 2014-2015 Premier Artists lineup. There will be a Japanese-themed reception, sponsored by the WC Alumni Association following the performance.
