Chestertown First Fridays

Celebrate the first Friday of each month with seasonal eating and nutrient dense food, all ethically sourced and produced by students and volunteers with a zero waste ethic. 

Located in the heart of downtown Chestertown, the Eastern Shore Food Lab is excited to invite community members to tour our teaching and learning kitchen. 

Depending on availability of local ingredients that we can ethically source, here are some things we plan to have available:

  • Artisanal cheeses
  • Cured meats 
  • Kombucha
  • Sourdough breads and pizzas freshly baked in our wood-fired oven
  • Wild, seasonal greens
  • Vegetable ferments
