Each semester, students may apply for the ESFL Internship to develop expertise in ancestral foodways and modern culinary arts. Interns contribute to research and projects to promote public access to nutrient dense, sustainable food.
Each semester, students may apply for the Permaculture Internship to explore the ethics and philosophy that views humans as integral to a thriving natural world. Interns collaborate to design a space for campus food production.
Each spring, students may apply for the Campus Garden Internship. This position oversees the activities of the Campus Garden and provides an opportunity to see projects to fulfillment over the course of an entire year.
