On this page, you can find all details concerning conference tuition and what your successful registration includes. When you are ready to register for the Young Environmental Stewards Conference, you should complete the online registration form. The registration deadline for the 2018 Conference is June 15. The first annual Young Environmental Stewards Conference will be held July 17-21, 2018.
The flat tuition fee for the Young Environmental Stewards Conference is $700.
Your tuition fee covers the following:
- Room & board for the duration of the conference. Attendees will be housed in Washington College dormitory suites. Each suite has four separate bedrooms, two shared bathrooms, and a common living area. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided by College Dining Services in Hodson Hall (unless stated otherwise on the schedule, there will be a meal downtown as well as a meal cooked over the campfire). The Center for Environment & Society will reach out to registrants regarding any dietary restrictions.
- General attendance and supplies for the conference. Supplies will vary depending on the track chosen the final day, but will also include general supplies such as a journal for notes and reflections.
- Costs to operate the College’s research vessel, Callinectes. Students will enjoy an afternoon on the 46 ft. floating classroom to explore the Chester River.
Tuition payment is due at time of registration. When you fill out the online registration form, you will be directed to complete your transaction.
All proceeds are used solely to benefit the operation of the Young Environmental Stewards Conference and all associated programs.
