  • 3D Virtual Tours of Campus Dorms

Jessica O’Brien (team lead), David Katz, Steve McFall, Jason Angoh, Alex Lucas, Charlotte Cugnini, and Caleb Powell are our student team on this project with some additional students in training to assist them.  Our students are using Autodesk 3dsMax and Unity to develop these models from our previous project to create floor plans of every building on campus for the EOG.

The idea is to help admissions by allowing prospective students to tour all the dorms and make resources available to public safety too in case of an emergency.  We hope to have all twenty dorms done by the end of the semester and by the end of Spring, the ability to walk through campus as well.  We will also develop short YouTube videos for those technically challenged persons unable to navigate around in a virtual space (IE parents).

  • Washington College 3D Flyover

The team at Washington College has been slowly but surely building a 3D version of our beautiful campus. Check out the preliminary animated video below with 3D construction work, done by a number of students in the lab and through our academic courses over the last few years.

  • *Special* 1962 Campus Alumni Video

We are currently working on a version of what the campus looked like in 1962 to celebrate the return to campus this May of college alumni who graduated that year. Check out our video below!
