Fitness classes run the gamut from Ashtanga Yoga to Zumba. Spinning, kickboxing, PiYo Strength, TurboKick and a new class called F.A.S.T. (Footwork, Agility, Speed and Technique.) give students lots of options.All classes are first-come, first-served, based on equipment and space availability.
Classes are open free of charge to all students, faculty/staff, and members of the college during the academic school year. All classes are located in the JFC Dance Studio, Cain Dance Studio, field house and weight room. The schedule changes from semester to semester and alterations or additions will be posted on this website.
During the summer months similar classes are offered, but cost of the class varies upon the instructor. Certain instructors are accommodating allowing fees to be paid up front for the majority of classes offered. After the academic year, these classes are no longer free of charge to all students, faculty/staff, and members of the College. The summer schedule changes every year and alterations or additions will be posted on this website.
