Washington College hosts over twenty conferences every summer. All conference scheduling of catering, housing, special events, and conference facilities are managed by Washington College Dining Services. The summer conference staff is supported by public safety, catering, housekeeping, and grounds crews that also work hard to provide a safe and appealing location for conferences.

Summer Conference Supervisor:
From the initial planning stages of your conference to check-out on the last day, management of all services and facilities is through Darrell Jester, Director of Summer Conferences. Darrell stays in continual contact with conference leaders and is responsible for overseeing, contracting, and planning all summer conference events. Darrell's experience with the Summer Conferences at Washington College provides conference planners with a one-stop resource, who is able to anticipate each conference's unique needs.

Summer Conference Agents:
Summer Conference Agents serve as liaisons between Washington College and visiting conferences. Under the guidance of Darrell Jester they are available all summer to assist your conferences with registration, check-out, and special events, provide technical support in theatres, and to interact with conference attendees. Summer conference agents work hard to make conferences run as smooth as possible.
